Hello — This is Key Point Health Service’s new blog. We hope to provide insights into how our psychiatric rehabilitation programs (PRPs) work, what they are for, and how you can apply. We hope to show the quality of staff and programming available. We think this will provide a window into a world that too few understand and about which there is very little good information on the Web.
Social workers, case workers, and other professionals should find this useful as you determine what program to direct your clients towards. Psychotherapists often do not understand the value of PRPs — sometimes thinking of them as boring or as babysitting (nothing could be further from the truth). Families and clients will want to know what we are about and get a personal introduction to our offerings.
As usual with new projects, this site will be under construction for a time.
Please feel free to contact us and to respond with posts.
Thanks,
Michael Reeder, CPRP
